QUONSET POINT DIRECTIONAL DRILLING
Rosciti Construction Company, LLC. was contracted to perform HDD (Horizontal Directional Drilling) in several locations in the Quonset Point Industrial Park as well as Amtrak’s NE corridor. Many locations involved tunneling under railroad tracks, signaling devices, avoiding sewer and water interferences, buried Hi-Voltage electric conduit and telecommunications conduit, hi-pressure steam, and gas. It was a complex project that Rosciti Construction undertook. Several GPR, and CAT 4 Plus passes were performed to ensure safe transit of the underground directional drilling, and follow through with pulling of the underground conduit.
