Safety
Rosciti Construction Company LLC values the safety of our workforce as well as the safety of the general public during the project. Our protocol is to go through the topics of discussion at the start of each shift, and whenever conditions on the job site changes to ensure a safe work environment.
MITIGATION
Starts with the preparation of the JHA (Job Hazard Analysis) with scope review to make sure all potential safety issues are budgeted for proposal, timeline and bid.

To make sure all safety precautions are being taken. We use an outside party to answer specfic questions and support our daily safety staff.
REVIEWS
Collaborative effort is made in documenting and reviewing the daily reports.

Annual Electric Hazard Awareness Training cordinated by Alliance Safety Services. This training includes:
- Excavating and Trenching Safety
- Elevated Equipment Voltage Testing
- Confined Space
- Entry/Rescue
- Sub Station Awareness
- Working around and near Heavy Equipment
ANNUAL:
HAZWOPPER Training administered through Vortex
- Haz Mat
- Fuels
- Contaminated Soils
HASP (HEALTH AND SAFETY PLAN)
Job Specific
After years of experience, we create and implement the ideal sequence of events to accomplish the scope of work along the way identifying all conditions, IE, depths, heights, equipment involved, safety concerns, etc.
We then carefully identify exact procedures and equipment materials that are needed for every step to pull together a comprehensive plan and prodecures then divide that plan into relevant days of work to develop a cohesive project schedule.
JOB ZONE
No one is permitted to enter the job zone without being briefed on all safety considerations, along with signing and dating the job brief form.
